Diane Englander Peyser joined Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, P.C. in September 2018 where she represents employees in wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination matters

Prior to joining Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, P.C., Diane represented clients in all aspects of employment law on behalf of employees involving unemployment appeals, claims of sexual harassment, LGBT discrimination, disability discrimination, FMLA, New Jersey Family Leave Act, hostile work environment, and whistle blower laws.  Diane also provides counsel to clients on matters related to Unemployment Appeals, and prevailing wage law.

Diane is a mediator qualified pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 1:40-10 and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. Diane has successfully mediated disputes related to contract and landlord tenant matters and has also provided family law mediation services.

Diane also spent many years at New York Life Insurance Company in New York City as a Director of Systems, designing and programming software for the agency force and internal customers.

Diane is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM), the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), and the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).
