Paralegal / Office Manager
Camille LaPlaca-Post has been Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt’s Office Manager since 2006. She is a certified Legal Assistant, Notary and has functioned as Paralegal and Legal Secretary to Mr. Neil Deutsch since 1996. Ms. LaPlaca-Post has an Associate’s Degree from Rockland Community College. She is also a NYS licensed real estate associate since 1979. Camille’s hobbies include photography and she has contributed her talents to the Firm.
Marianne Schwartz is a Litigation Paralegal with Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, P.C. Ms. Schwartz is a graduate of Queens College, CUNY, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. She also has an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which she completed with Honors. Her background in the health care industry and her experience as an intern with Bergen County Superior Court help bring a unique perspective to her paralegal responsibilities here. Marianne volunteers as an ESL (English as a Second Language) instructor.
Kimberly A. Vele
Kimberly brings over 15 years of experience to Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, P.C. as a Paralegal, working collectively with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation. Beginning with the initiation of a case, Kimberly works closely with our clients throughout the discovery period, conducting research, preparing for depositions, reviewing and preparing documents for production and assisting in trial preparation and trial support. Kimberly’s prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at McCarter and English, LLP. She is a cum laude graduate of Montclair State College, New Jersey, from which she earned a BA in Speech and Theatre Arts/Dance Education. In her spare time, Kimberly’s passion is teaching dance and she also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Pablo Castoire joined Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, P.C. as a Litigation Paralegal in 2014. He is a graduate of Rutgers University having obtained a B.A. in Spanish with a Minor in Computer Science. With over a decade of litigation experience in both New Jersey and New York, Mr. Castoire is a welcome addition to the firm. As a seasoned paralegal, Mr. Castoire works cooperatively with attorneys and clients in all phases of litigation from inception through discovery and trial. His work includes research, document examination and management, preparation of pleadings and discovery, deposition preparation, and trial preparation and support. As a native Spanish speaker with exceptional translation skills, Mr. Castoire also provides assistance with the firm’s Spanish speaking clientele.
